Female executives, leaderships, aspiring executives and entrepreneurs face continued challenges in obtaining equity and opportunity among their male counterparts.  While many corporations and industries offer women’s organizations addressing these issues, there is little space available for women in differing fields to share their experiences; this is a critical missing link, as an outside perspective on similar issues can be key to problem-solving.

Empower Women That Rock has joined forces with Dress for Success, Greater New York City, sponsoring their LeanIn Initiative program.  This mentorship program is a powerful initiative aimed at helping women achieve financial independence and career success. Our organizations share a common mission: empowering women in the workplace and creating a more inclusive, equitable environment.
