    Allyns Melendez brings over 25 years of expertise in HR and business management, with an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business. She is certified in workplace behavior analysis, leadership and flow coaching, and has completed leadership courses at Cornell, Harvard, and MIT. Currently, Allyns is the CEO at HR Transformed and a Professor at Temple University. She also serves on the Professional Advisor Committee at SUNY College of Optometry and is the Board Secretary at the East Fishkill Soccer Club. Based in New York's Hudson Valley, Allyns enjoys cycling, Pilates, and rock climbing with her family.

    Come join us for an in-person discussion on Work/Life Balance, presented by Dr. Jolie Silva who will address professional women's day-to-day challenges, like over-scheduling, constantly juggling, feeling guilty, tired, and frustrated. 

    Dr. Silva will conduct an open discussion on ways to help tackle and create work/life balance with a healthier stance, highlighting the importance of valuing our own well-being. 

    Dr. Silva has been a clinical psychologist for almost two decades where she has worked with hundreds of professional women on the unique challenges we face. She is co-owner of her mental health practice, New York Behavioral Health, president of Northshore Coalition Against Substance Abuse, and is excited to be launching her new venture, Mindful Mama. 

    Dr. Silva is also a member of Empower Women That Rock.
